An unlikely pairing has been made when Tom Gauld, a comic artist, was requested to produce a series of art work which would appear on Diet Coke cans. The unfortunate part of this is that they only were released in America. The idea behind these designs was to elevate the awareness of a woman’s heart health programme called The Heart Truth. As well as producing this art work he went unto create some animations that were also used within this campaign. You can view two of them here.

I really like his work and they appear so simple but they create a completely different look to that of a normal drinks can.
